HOW MUCH ARE PLACES AT THE AWARDS CEREMONY?
An individual place on a mixed table is £350 plus VAT, while a premium bundle of ten tickets is £3,500 plus VAT.
The price includes the drinks reception, a three course meal with half a bottle of wine per person, the awards ceremony and entertainment.
WHEN CAN ENTRIES BE SUBMITTED?
Entries can be submitted in the self-nominated categories until Wednesday, July 15 at 5pm. We do require a certain level of financial information, all of which is held in confidence and judges who witness these materials will be required to sign an NDA. WHO CAN ENTER?
The agent categories are only open to agents who are members of the Aspire Travel Club. The supplier categories are open to all luxury suppliers.
HOW DO I UPLOAD MY VIDEO TO YOUTUBE OR VIMEO?
This year, all entrants are once again required to submit a video via our online portal, Evessio, as part of their submission. You will need to record your video, upload it onto YouTube or Vimeo and paste the video link into your nomination form on Evessio. IS THERE A CHARGE TO SUBMIT AN ENTRY?
There is no charge to submit an entry.
CAN I USE AI?
We welcome the use of AI tools to support the preparation of nominations. However, submissions should remain authentic, personal, and reflective of your own experiences, achievements, and voice. Resist the temptation to use generic AI-generated content. A longer entry does not improve your chances of winning. In fact, it’s quite the reverse, as judges are likely to stop concentrating. Be precise and focused.
WHAT IS THE JUDGING PROCESS?
The agent categories will be assessed by a panel of judges drawn from different parts of the luxury travel industry. The supplier categories will be judged by a panel of experienced luxury travel agents drawn from across the sector to ensure a fair and impartial judging process without bias to any supplier or area of the travel industry.
WHEN WILL THE SHORTLIST BE ANNOUNCED?
The shortlist will be published online at aspiretravelclub.co.uk in September.
WHEN WILL THE WINNERS BE ANNOUNCED?
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on December 14. Book your table here.

Black tie.

HOW DO I BOOK TICKETS FOR THE EVENT?
Book tickets using our online booking form. An invoice can be requested on the form for payment through cheque or BACS. There is also a credit card payment option which can be selected at the time of booking only. Please note credit card payments cannot be made if the invoice option is chosen at time of booking.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET/S AND GUEST LIST FORM?
An e-ticket and a guest list form will be sent to the booking contact approximately two weeks before the event. Guest details will appear on display boards at the ceremony detailing table numbers on the night.
