HOW MUCH ARE PLACES AT THE AWARDS CEREMONY?
An individual place on a mixed table is £250 plus VAT A table of ten is £2,500 plus VAT
Price includes drinks reception, three course meal with half a bottle of wine per person, awards ceremony and entertainment
WHEN CAN ENTRIES BE SUBMITTED?
Entries can be submitted in the self-nominated categories from April 18 to May 19 at 5pm. We do require a certain level of financial information, all of which is held in confidence and judges who witness these materials will be required to sign an NDA. WHO CAN ENTER?
The agent categories are only open to agents who are members of the Aspire Travel Club. The supplier categories are open to all luxury suppliers.
IS THERE A CHARGE TO SUBMIT AN ENTRY?
There is no charge to submit an entry.
WHAT IS THE JUDGING PROCESS?
The agent categories will be judged by a panel of eight judges reflecting different parts of luxury travel industry. Judges will be given anonymous submissions to each category so will not know the name of the travel company they are judging, this is to ensure the process is without any form of bias. The supplier judging process is split into two. One half of the process will see a panel of eight agency owners analyse and judge submissions, again these will be anonymous to ensure there is no bias to a particular supplier of business. The second section will be based on agent ranking their top three suppliers in each category. Only agents who are members of the Aspire Travel Club will be invited to vote for their top suppliers. The results of both processes will be combined to determine the winners.
WHEN WILL THE SHORTLIST BE ANNOUNCED?
The shortlist for each category is scheduled to be announced in June. It will be published in the June edition of Aspire, published on June 27 but given out in advance at our Leaders of Luxury event at The Savoy in London on June 24. The news of the shortlist will also run in Travel Weekly on June 27.
WHEN WILL THE WINNERS BE ANNOUNCED?
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on September 9.

HOW DO I BOOK TICKETS FOR THE EVENT?
Click here to book your seats. On the link provided you’ll find an online booking form. An invoice can be requested on the form for payment through cheque or BACS. There is also a credit card payment option which can be selected at the time of booking only. Please note credit card payments cannot be made if the invoice option is chosen at time of booking.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET/S AND GUEST LIST FORM?
An e-ticket and a guest list form will be sent to the booking contact approximately two weeks before the event. Guest details will appear on display boards at the ceremony detailing table numbers on the night. Please note that name place cards are not provided but you are welcome to bring some to the event and will have access to place these on tables during the drink’s reception.
WHO DO I NOTIFY TO PRE-ORDER ADDITIONAL BEVERAGES OR IF A GUEST HAS SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Please indicate these on your additional beverages and special dietary order form which you will receive via email with the e-ticket. All requests must be submitted to the hotel contact at least seven working days prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply, and guests’ requirements may not be met.
